Vision Statement


Opportunity Therapy will be the provider of choice for the persons in Butler County for  Physical Therapy services, to have direct access to the public for dysfunctions treated by Physical Therapy, to have a strong reputation as an ethical, honest, understanding, compassionate leader in the field for persons to rely on for patient-centered approach to achieving their goals, and to establish a preventative program in conjunction with the Clarksville Fit Club to combat chronic disease.

Meet Our Staff

Teresa Negen, Physical Therapist


Teresa is a Physical Therapist who has been practicing for over 16 years. She attained a Bachelor of Science from the University of Iowa in 1999, a Master's of Physical Therapy in 2002 from St. Ambrose University, and is currently enrolled & expected to graduate with a Post-Professional Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Des Moines University. She is originally from Clarksville & currently resides in Clarksville with her husband, Mike, who works with Teresa as a PTA, & 3 boys.

Mike Negen, Physical Therapy Assistant


Mike is a Physical Therapist Assistant who has been practicing for over 9 years. He attained his Associate's Degree from NIACC in 2009. Mike chose this career so he & his wife, Teresa, could someday open their own practice. This happened in 2011, when they opened the outpatient clinic in Clarksville.

Amy Wubbena, Physical Therapy Assistant


Amy graduated from NIACC with her Associate's Degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2008. She has worked with Teresa since that time, & joined the team in Clarksville in 2011. Amy lives in Bristow, with her husband & 3 boys.
